Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $1 USD.
Our goal is to deliver nationwide across the United States with a fast, reliable, and secure service.

Order Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

Pre-order / Made-to-order items:
Estimated delivery time is 25–30 business days, depending on production and customs clearance.

Pre-order items are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month, and delivery times begin counting from those dates.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping:
  Estimated delivery within 12–15 business days after dispatch.
• Priority Shipping:
  Available for select major cities. Orders placed before 3:00 PM may ship within 24 hours (additional cost applies).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your package in real time.

Packaging & Logistics

For operational reasons, some orders may be shipped in separate packages.
If your purchase includes multiple items, they may arrive at different times.

Refunds & Replacements

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll replace it at no additional cost, provided that:

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Clear evidence shows the item arrived damaged, dirty, or with manufacturing defects.
• The package was lost during the shipping process.

Important Notice

Soccer Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
• If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation will be handled as a return request.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
