RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At USA Soccer Store LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality football gear. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

Free replacements apply only in the following cases:

  • Items received damaged, broken, or visibly defective

  • Packages lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier


Incorrect Shipping Address

USA Soccer Store LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please make sure all shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@usasoccerstore10.com, and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, only if:

  • The order has not entered production

  • The item has not been personalized

  • The order has not been shipped

To request a cancellation, email us at support@usasoccerstore10.com within the allowed time frame.


Returns (Non-Personalized Items Only)

Returns are accepted only for non-personalized products.

To request a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order

  • Clearly state your intention to return the product

  • Ensure the item is:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • With tags intact

    • In the same condition as received

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


Personalized / Made-to-Order Items (No Returns or Refunds)

Due to the nature of our products, personalized or made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.

Personalized items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom player name, nickname, phrase, or text

  • Custom number combinations

  • Jerseys with patches, sponsors, or modifications selected by the customer

Once production has started, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be accepted, even in cases of customer remorse.

Production begins once full or partial payment is confirmed.


Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage (if applicable) is specified on each product page.

To request warranty support:

  • Covers manufacturing defects only

  • Does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, washing errors, or negligence

  • Acceptance for inspection does not guarantee approval

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement. If the issue persists after two replacements, a refund or alternative solution may be evaluated at our discretion.


Delays on Made-to-Order Items

Some products are custom-made and produced overseas.

Estimated delivery time is 25–30 business days, starting from the production cycles on the 15th and 30th of each month. Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

In case of extraordinary delays, customers will be notified and possible solutions will be evaluated.
